A DARPA (Agência de Pesquisas Avançadas de Projetos de Defesa) revelou os três primeiros colocados de um concurso lançado pela instituição que consistia em projetar carros militares que poderiam ser utilizados para reconhecimento, evacuação e transporte de tropas.
A competição começou em fevereiro e
envolveu diversas agências e designers. A ideia era criar um conceito válido tecnicamente, de visual aceitável e em pouco tempo. Além disso, foi possível para a agência avaliar como a população enxerga os conceitos envolvendo combates, tendo veículos como suporte.
O vencedor é o veículo que aparece na imagem, o FLYPMODE, criado pela companhia American. Além de um prêmio de 7,5 mil dólares para o designer, se o projeto se mostrar realmente viável, a DARPA tentará desenvolver um protótipo para junho.

The Agency (DARPA Advanced Research Projects Defence) revealed the top three in a competition launched by the institution that was to design military vehicles that could be used for reconnaissance, evacuation and troop transport.
The competition began in February and involved several agencies and designers. The idea was to create a valid concept technically, visually acceptable and in no time. Moreover, it was possible for the agency to evaluate how the population views the concepts involving fighting, having as support vehicles.
The winner is the vehicle that appears in the picture, the FLYPMODE, created by the American company. In addition to a prize of $ 7,500 for the designer, if the project proves viable really, DARPA will seek to develop a prototype for June.
